This Privacy Policy applies to Pearl Specialty Care LLC ("Pearl", "we", "us") and to all Pearl websites, application forms, document portals, and SMS (text message) communications, including this site and our Peer Specialist application forms. This is our single, official privacy policy for all Pearl web properties and messaging programs.

- Contact information: your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Application information: address history, work history, certifications, and other details you submit on our employment application forms.

- To send you the SMS and email updates you asked for about your application status, documents, orientation, and scheduling.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program: Pearl Specialty Care Peer Specialist application and onboarding notifications, sent from (914) 873-4552.
How you opt in: you opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a Pearl web form (for example, the first page of our online Peer Specialist application, or our SMS opt-in page). Consent is never a condition of employment or of applying, and we do not text you unless you opted in.
What we send: conversational and informational messages used to communicate with peer specialists throughout recruitment, registration, onboarding, and employment. This includes application and registration updates, document and training reminders, onboarding instructions, scheduling and case availability, work-related updates, ongoing employment-related communication after hiring, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency: message frequency varies; you can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month, depending on your application stage and any conversation you start with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.
Information sharing is limited to service providers that help us operate the messaging program strictly on our behalf and under contract — for example our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and our hosting and database provider. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to (914) 873-4552. You may also contact us to update or delete your information.
